At the top of the map where the 180 on winding road is found (top right), there is like a barn/houses area which is fenced off. There is an open gate. Drive through slowly, and you will go downhill and need to turn right. Stay near the water so you do not lose power. If you have enough speed (over 10 mph) you should work your way up the hill. Note: There are no walls in the buildings.
