Press LT, RT, LT, RT, X(2), LB, RB after you hear "Zoooomaroooom" at the title screen. A coin will appear at the bottom right corner to confirm correct code entry. All costumes, the double-jump, and all tiers (including the bonus tier) will now be unlocked.
