Find a safe that can be picked that also has a nearby terminal that can be hacked. Pick the safe then hack the terminal to relock the safe. Pick the safe again, use the hacked terminal, then relock the safe. Repeat the process as many times as desired to earn lock experience every time. You will also gain favor with companions such as Piper, Cait, and Deacon as long as the safe is unowned.
