Concentrate on avoiding the falling stones that get marked with yellow circles just before they drop. Afterwards, concentrate on hitting the Drill Worm. Katarina can take care of the spiders. Use healing aura to survive the damage and kill some of the spiders that spawn. You can also run in a manner to have the falling stones help kill some of them. Repeat the process until the Worm Drill is defeated.
