On the character select screen, once you have chosen Triborg and are on his variation select screen (the one which let's you choose from the Smoke, Cyrax, or Sektor variations), press Up twice and the Y button on your controller. If done correctly, you should see three question marks on this screen (???) On the stage, you should see it read t the top of the screen under your health "Cyber Sub-Zero" variation.
