Activate self destruct (LS + RS) while playing as 9S and then heal yourself and play for an hour afterwards. Do not use quick transport and avoid cutscenes and whatnot so 9S won't automatically get his pants back and the achievement will pop up. Better done while farming for materials out of story relevant areas.
