During gameplay, you can get the Bash capability. Discover among the two bashable rocks. They lie at Sorrow's Pass and Mount Horu. You should communicate with both of them to progress, in order to obstruct sand blasts and lava. Use Bash and goal Ori down so that the rock increases. Repeat the procedure four extra times without permit the rock to hit the ground.
