Play Chapter 5-1 as Chris or Sheva under the easy difficulty setting and encounter the first Licker. Fire a shotgun at point blank range until it falls over on its back, and the quick time event icon appears to perform a finishing move. You will stab them in the heart with a knife. You must within melee range for the icon to appear. This may require a few attempts and more than one shotgun blast.
