Complete the following achievements to unlock Xbox Live Gamerscore points.

A March in the Snow (10 points)	Completed Chapter 7, and rendezvoused with the Centurion.
A Reason to Fight (10 points)	Completed Chapter 15, and defeated both Walz and Crymaria.
Devotion (80 points)	Completed Chapter 18, and ended Belgar's dark ambitions.
Our War's End (30 points)	Kept your promise with Riley Miller.
The Battle of Siegval (10 points)	Completed Chapter 4, and won the battle of Siegval.
The Final Choice (10 points)	Completed Chapter 17, and witnessed the end of the war.
The Sea Fortress (10 points)	Completed Chapter 11, and made it past the Sea Fortress.

Squad stories can be unlock if you have one member reaching the rank of corporal, so check there rank. Also you can have Curtis and Laurent at chapter one and Eileen can be unlocked as soon as Curtis is down and rescued. So it is safe to say that like old times can be get as soon as you unlocked skirmish. Spending 40 CP on a unit on the first skirmish map is the fastest way to go about it to get a unit to Corporal.
