In the skills menu from any bed, plug in a USB keyboard. Go into a skills sub menu and hold down O+P on the keyboard and it will increase your exp as long as you hold it. This can be done multiple times.

Complete the following achievements to unlock Xbox Live Gamerscore points.

Bloody roots (50 points)	Find the recollection of Paulus Aurelianus.

Defeat the beast (20 points)	Defeat Fergal.
From here to eternity (10 points)	Go to the Shelter and rest...
Hail Mary (50 points)	Defeat Mary.
Interview with the vampire (50 points)	Take care of Dorothy's fate.
Just take a bite (10 points)	Embrace Clay during your first meeting with him.
London's burning (50 points)	Turn all districts to hostile status.
Merciful release (20 points)	Let Clay live during your first meet with him.
Not even once (90 points)	Finish the game without killing any citizens.
Prepare to die (50 points)	Take care of Aloysius's fate.
Sacrificial lamb (50 points)	Take care of Sean's fate.
The Dying Swansea (50 points)	Take care of Swansea's fate.
Unnatural Disaster (50 points)	Defeat the Disaster.

First make sure the Docks district is Sanitized i.e. finding all citizens and make sure they are not sick. Then go to the Western Docks and Find Martin Nightingale and ask to trade with him. You'll notice that the price for his good doesn't appear meaning it's all free. You can still get money from selling your items to him. Sell off everything you have (Ingredients would work the fastest) and "buy" them back. This can be done repeatedly until satisfied.
