Attacking
To attack an enemy without getting damaged, wait for them to turn their back to you. Tap back while swinging your weapon when an enemy charges you. This will keep them away, but still give you a chance to damage them. When facing ranged opponents, jump and attack at the same time. Always target them first before fighting other enemies in the area.
Coins
Swipe as many candlesticks, boxes and statues as possible to collect coins. Before leaving a level, take some time to search for coins that you may have missed.
Stats
Kill enemies to fill the green bar at the top of the screen. When full, you can spend it on increasing your Strength, Dexterity or Stamina stat. Although keeping each of them balanced is important, Stamina is particularly vital as you will fail the level if it is depleted.
