At the time of writing I found out one of the avatars needed for this the "Zombie" is only accessible in dx11. Make sure to select this option in the launcher to ensure you can get the achievement. Though this will soon change according to a developer.

This is a bit tricky. The description is to rotate the avatar, however the truth is to rotate the background.

Step 1: Switch to the advanced UI, go to the environment gallery,

Step 2: Choose a 3D background(e.g. apartment/ street/ afternoon... it will tell you in its description. If not work, change to another 3D background)

Step 3: Press ctrl (the default key binding, or you may change it in the options-preference-key bindings) and move your mouse to left/right.

Step 4: Wait until it rotate a whole circle, and the achievement pops up.

Go to karaoke panel, Load a .kar format music and play it.

Complete the indicated task to unlock the achievement.
