Go to Madison Square Garden, Go to the entrance of it and drive around in the building with cops coming after you. It is fun! Note: You need Invincibility on and immunity off in order to do this.
Drive Into Madison Square Garden
Play in New York in take a ride mode (You start by the world trade center) and go right on Broadway and make a left, then turn right on West Side Highway, then turn to left at the end of the West Side Highway, keep going straight to the dead end and turn right, keep going straight and turn left on the second street on the left, then you're there. When you are there, find the ticket office and go in either side of it (this will take you inside the building).
Flip Screen Upside Down
This option will now be unlocked in the cheats screen - At the main menu rapidly press R2, R2, R1, L2, L1, R2, L2, L1, R2, R2, L2, R2, L1
Get Hidden City
Get a hidden city by finishing the game one time.
Get Rid Of Police
This option will now be unlocked in the cheats screen - At the main menu rapidly press L1, L2, R1, R1, R1, R1, L2, L2, R1, R1, L1, L1, R2
How to use your Turn Signal
To use your turn signal, while in play of the game, completely stop at a red light. While stopped hold the brake to make sure you don't go anywhere and hold down the left or right arrow on the section of the controller where you turn the car. And that is how to use your turn signal.
Invincibility
This option will now be unlocked in the cheats screen - At the main menu rapidly press L2, L2, R2, R2, L2, R2, L2, L1, R2, R1, L2, L1, L1
Long Suspension
This option will now be unlocked in the cheats screen - At the main menu rapidly press R2, L2, R1, R2, L2, L1, R2, R2, L2, L2, L1, R2, R1
Mini crashing plane and blimp
Take a drive in miami in the day time. Go straight and scrape on the side of a car on the highway when you are going. When you get to the end of the road make a sharp left. Then go to the second traffic light and make a sharp left again. Then make another left threw the street at the left. Turn left at the white/silver pole and stop at the light behind the pole. Look at the right side in the sky. You will see a plane and it will fall down.
No Damage
For no damage go to the place where you do the cheat. Rapidly push R1 X R2 R2 R2 L2 L1 L2 X L1 L1 L2 R2.
Play as the Cadillac DeVille Coupe
To play as the Cadillac DeVille (a little bit the same car as a Pontiac GTO), start a new game, after you do Ticco's Ride Mission, do the Clean Up mission part 1, after you do part 1, do part 2 and drive around but, do go to the place where you finish the mission.
Show Credits
This option will now be unlocked in the cheats screen - At the main menu rapidly press L1, L2, R1, R2, L1, R1, R2, L2, R1, R2, L1, L2, R1
Smart braking
One bothersome feature about the game are the brakes. Once you hit the brakes and come to a complete stop, you go in reverse and do not stop fast enough. This is bad if there is cop chasing you, or if you need to make a quick stop in an intersection. To brake effectively, without going into reverse, hold SQUARE + TRIANGLE. Your car will come to a completer stop, and the reverse light will only come on briefly.
Sniper the President
After you complete the "Save the president" mission without saving once through out the whole game, you can after you save him sniper the president by pressing L1 L2 R2 R2 L2 L2 L1 R1 R2 R1.
Steer with Rear Wheels
This option will now be unlocked in the cheats screen - At the main menu rapidly press R1, R1, R1, R2, L2, R1, R2, L2, L1, R2, R1, L2, L1
Tiny Cars
This option will now be unlocked in the cheats screen - At the main menu rapidly press R1, R2, R1, R2, L1, L2, R1, R2, L1, R1, L2, L2, L2
Turn Sharper
Press L1 when turning a corner to turn the wheels sharper. Also try it while looking from the side of the car.
