Saber Lily	By unlocking Zero Lancer, the Saber Lily outfit will be added to Saber
Saber Lily (Alterway to unlock)	Complete Arcade Mode's Saber and Saber Alter.

Skeleton material	Use Caster for the 2nd time.

In order to unlock Survival mode you must beat the game 10 times in arcade mode.
