Dancing
Go to the Babylon Club, then go to the main area and hold L1. Tony will start to dance. You can make Tony spin by pressing R1. You can also use your Enforcer, Driver, etc. to dance at the club as well. Just press L1 to start dancing and R1 to spin.

Then sell your coke to him after he takes it from you and you get the money, KILL HIM then take all his money and drugs, you will have more drugs you started with and more money, just keep doing this to get more gear!! (Maybe before you kill him try using the Decrease Gang Heat cheat until its down to nothing then, when your gang heat goes up after you kill him put it back down, it will protect you much more efficiently)

Easy money
Go down the road from your mansion. Teft turn at the end to the parking lot where the trailer is parked in the corner of the yellowish brick wall. Enable the "1,000 Balls" code to fill your Balls meter. After enabling the code, exchange your Balls for money. Repeat this as many times as desired. The higher your rep, the more money you will get for your Balls.
In Little Havana, start at the front entrance of Pedro's pawn shop. Go south until you get to the auto clinic then turn right. At the southern end of the auto clinic building you will see a yellow pole separating the building and a wall. Go through this small doorway and all the way to the back to find a sperm bank, where you can sell your Balls. Keep enabling the "1,000 Balls" code and selling your Balls to get an unlimited amount of money.
Go to the industrial zone and look for the sperm bank. They will give you $25,000 for your Balls. Enable the "1,000 Balls" code and just keep cashing in your Balls.
On Sandman Island, look for any Sandman leads that put you in a boat. Shoot the targets, then destroy their boats to have two crates appear; one with money and one with ammunition. Collect both crates for a nice amount of ammunition and money. This is an easy way to get money and ammunition, since you do not have any time limits on the boat missions.
To get better deals from drug suppliers, make sure your Gang Heat is low. You will get more product for the same amount of money. This especially helps if your Gang Heat and Cop Heat is at zero. 30 kg at $100,000 should net you $13 to $15 million.
On the island with the docks and winding roads, go by where the docks are located, at the top right corner of the island on the map. Follow the road to the building (the orange spot with the bank symbol on it). There should be a building with a sign that reads "Bodog"; it is a bar. There should be a cage as soon as you walk in, where you can bet on cock fights and people fighting. You can bet as high as $25,000. There is also a casino in that building where you can also make money.
Easy money and drugs
After selling drugs to a dealer, kill him and take his money and drugs.

Gangs
I advise that you look online and look for a gang map to find all the gangs in a contested turf. Destroying all those gangs first will help you in the long run when you are on missions. Some gangs only come out when your gang heat is really high, to raise it just kill a dealer or two on the street. Remember, you can't kill gangs on other turfs untill they are contested, until you move on to killing the guys from the previous turf, they will not be contested. It will appear when you enter the turf if they are contested.
Get stronger weapons earlier
Some characters like the assassin and enforcer have stronger weapons. For example, play as the enforcer and call for one of Tony's cars. Once it arrives, go to the weapons trunk. Place the grenade launcher in the trunk, then switch back to Tony. When you go to the weapons trunk, the grenade launcher will still be there. You can do the same thing with the assassin to get the PSG-1.
Hawaii print/shirt
Pause the game, choose "CHEATS". Enter the code HAWAII.

Henchmen
Eventually you will get a chance to higher henchmen that can go out by themselves and do jobs for you.
Driver-basically it is stealing cars and dropping them off
Enforcer-basically the job is going out and destroying unrully gangs for Tony.
Assassin- Your job is to take out one particular target (your target will have a knife floating about their heads, you may have to get in close)
Arms Dealer-this guy doesn't do any fighting (no side missions), he hangs out at the mansion near the garage and you can buy weapons off him, the weapons go staight to your weapons locker in your house or in your car.
Boat Pilot- he brings your boat around (very useful in tight situations), no side missions though.
Increase Cop Heat
Pause the game, choose "CHEATS". Enter the code DONUT.
Increase Gang Heat
Pause the game, choose "CHEATS". Enter the code GOBALLS.
Invincibility
Make sure you have your boat driver unlocked first as you'll need boats quickly.
Pick the Assassin, Driver, or Enforcer (may work for Tony too), then get the cops to chase you (it will say "Lose The Cops!"). Go to the ocean, then spawn a boat (or find one). Drive a little bit and then just wait until the game says "You're F@#$." Now, drive the boat away from the helicopters and try to leave Miami (you may need the heal vehicle code on if you are about to die). When you leave Miami, the game should say "Indictment" after a minute, and you'll lost the cops (It might not even say anything at all, but you are still free from the cops).
Next, get out of your boat on the nearest land and try to get the cops after you again, the same way as before. Have them chase you until it says "You're F@$%" then try to leave Miami again in a boat (could be the same if you want). The game should say "Leaving Miami..." but you don't actually leave, instead you become invincible. Then you can turn the boat around and go back to Miami. When you drive any vehicle while you are invincible the car will also be invincible.
Note: Avoid sharks, they will cause a game-stopping glitch. Switching to another person disables the cheat.
Kill Tony
Pause the game, choose "CHEATS". Enter the code KILLTONY.
Large Suppliers
The rare times you get a chance to make a large drug run, save the game first just in case it does work. These large deals will usually cost you about 250 thousand dollars but when you distribute it eventually you will make a large profit. If you save before you go on the mission you can still request it after you turn off the console, if you screw it up. Becareful when you make these deals, they are worth the trouble. Remember to keep the repairboat and repair vehicle cheat codes ready. Your profit won't be as big if you have to keep repairing your stuff.
Max Ammo
Pause the game, choose "CHEATS". Enter the code AMMO.
Montana investments
You can find these under the "Exotics" menu, and "Investments" option. The purpose of the investments is to provide different upgrades. You will need at least $1.5 million ($40 million for Montana Legal and $20 million for Montana Sports) to purchase most of these investments. The investments will help you level up faster.
Montana Records: Unlocks new music tracks and create a new playlist.
Montana Holdings: Fronts will cost you 10% less to purchase.
Montana Fitness: All your henchmen gain 50% health.
Montana Productions: Unlocks all of Tony's clothing options in the cheat menu.
Montana Legal: Visibility Events reduced by half (cops look the other way).
Montana Sports: Maximum bets go up for all your gambling.
Montana Financial: Launder all of your cash with 0% interest.
Montana Defense: Carry an extra weapon and maximum ammunition.
