To burn rubber get a ferrini and then go on the road NOTE...this cheat will not work on grass.now drive and at the same time hold l+x y. Get a ferrini and then drive on concrete and pull L and x and y but being careful not to exit the car. Now you should be able to se a little bot of flame when you let go of all of the brakes you should start a faster and see the flame and smoke it looks cool because it looks like the car is going to explode with all the smoke.

Before talking to Carl to begin the "The Fat And Furious" mission, park your vehicle so that half if it is inside and half of it is outside if the power plant entrance from the parking lot. Talk to Carl. If done correctly, when the mission begins, the car will be half way through door which would usually stop you from going through. You can now get in and drive through the plant straight to Burns' mansion.
