Unlock Captain America (Classic) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Captain America after choosing Anti-Reg.

Unlock Daredevil (Secret War) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Daredevil after choosing Pro or Anti-Reg.

Unlock Deadpool (Unmasked) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Deadpool after choosing Pro-Reg.

Unlock Gambit (Horseman of the Apocalypse) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Gambit after choosing Pro or Anti-Reg.

Unlock Green Goblin (Hob Goblin) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Green Goblin after choosing Pro or Anti-Reg.

Unlock Hulk (Red) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Hulk.

Unlock Human Torch (Ultimate) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Human Torch after choosing Anti-Reg.

Unlock Iceman (Bobby Drake) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Iceman after choosing Pro or Anti-Reg.

Unlock Invisible Woman (Ultimate) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Invisible Woman after choosing Anti-Reg.

Unlock Iron Fist (Bei Bang-Wen) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Iron Fist after choosing Anti-Reg.

Unlock Iron Man (Classic) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Iron Man after choosing Pro-Reg.

Unlock Jean Grey (Marvel Girl) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Jean Grey.

Unlock Luke Cage (Secret War) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Luke Cage after choosing Anti-Reg.

Unlock Mr. Fantastic (Ultimate) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Mr. Fantastic after choosing Pro-Reg.

Unlock Ms. Marvel (Warbird) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Ms. Marvel after choosing Pro-Reg.

Unlock Penance (No Costume) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Penance.

Unlock Songbird (Screaming Mimi) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Songbird after choosing Pro-Reg.

Unlock Spider-Man (Iron Spider) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Spider-Man after choosing Pro-Reg.

Unlock Storm (Astonishing) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Storm after choosing Pro or Anti-Reg.

Unlock Thing (Ultimate) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Thing after choosing Pro or Anti-Reg.

Unlock Thor (Reborn) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Thor after unlocking.

Unlock Venom (Eddie Brock) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Venom.

Unlock Wolverine (Secret War) Costume:
Defeat 50 enemies as Wolverine after choosing Anti-Reg.

When you complete the following tasks the corresponding character will become unlocked.

Deadpool:
Beat the D.C. Level.

Green Goblin and Venom:
Beat them at the end of Wakanda Act 3.

Hulk:
Collect 5 Gamma Regulators.

Iron Fist:
Choose the Anti-reg side in Act 2.

Jean Grey:
Collect 5 M'Kraan Shards.

Ms. Marvel:
Beat the NYC Level.

Nick Fury:
Beat the game.

Penance:
Defeat him in the portal room to the negative zone.

Songbird:
Choose the Pro-reg side in Act 2.

Thor:
Collect 5 Asgardian Runes.

You may want to consider adding Storm to your team when you face the final boss as she is immune to his elemental attacks.

If you talk to all the characters in an HQ and select the 'Aggressive', 'Diplomatic' or 'Defensive' responses and then save the game, quit, and reload that area and repeat ALL the conversations with different responses you will add to your previously earned Attitude points.

To unlock the option to start a new game in Legendary mode retaining ALL previously unlocked heroes, level, and abilities you must complete the game on the Heroic or Super Heroic difficulty and then go to the Briefing Console.

When you beat the game this feature will become unlocked. In New Game+ mode you begin on the Legendary difficulty setting with your characters retaining the levels they had from the completed game.
