At the end of Chapter six after escaping the asylum through the tunnel you will come to a crashed ambulance. If you pull the paper side of the ambulance down it will reveal the skeletons of the 3 EMT crew. Read their minds to unlock the Crew of the Dead Achievement.

When you reach the end of Chapter three you will encounter two guards located at the far right edge of the map. Use the small dog to scare them away so they run off-screen to the right. If you now follow them you will discover their skeletal remains in the water. Reading both of their minds will unlock the Drowned Skeleton Achievement.

Early in Chapter seven you will come across a seagul at the far bottom left of the map that is perched on a sign above you. When you see the bird fly up and eat a goldfish go to his where the bird was perched on the sign and read the mind of the gold fish that is now inside the seaguls stomach. Note: This must be done before giving the seagull the tuna cake otherwise you will not be able to read the fish's mind.

Once you have given the bald Yeti the hair sticker in Chapter nine it will release it from it's cage and he will grab the nearby guard and smash through an adjacent door with him. Follow them through the door and you will find that the Yeti and guard are sharing an embrace. If you now read both their minds you will unlock the Love is Blind Achievement.

Close to the right side of the base of the large central tower in Chapter six you will encounter an old lady who needs an inflatable duck inner tube to get to outer space. You will find the duck to the left on the lowest level of the map. Once you give the inflatable duck to the old lady she will float away and you will unlock the Lady in the Sky with Ducky Achievement.
